Head of the polyclinic of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Lviv region" Yevhen Kuzyk was awarded the medal "For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine" by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for his significant contribution to the organization and provision of comprehensive assistance to the personnel of military units and subdivisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, maintaining the morale of the defenders of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, active volunteer work and on the occasion of the Day of Unity of Ukraine.
